We will round up so if you're 195 you put 195 but if you're 196 well go with 200 understood? Good! Me and FireTitan will judge the form and the reps we don't need any negativity in here it's all about growth and pushing each other sound good guys? Same rule for the smiths if the bars 15 lbs add weight accordingly, if we must ask you to proof your body weight we will. Let's get some videos up big homies !

Lol I know we're all just joking but to be clear me and FireTitan will be 100% judge on the reps we will not count half reps . And you get 1 point per rep haha even if you're lifting 600 lbs!
No master list of names for this challenge. This particular squat challenge is open to anyone that meets the requirements in the OP. 1 rep..1 point no matter the weight. Theres a million different formulas we could use, and no matter which way we go, someone's going to disagree, therefore this is the easiest way for us. We will only count full reps, and will be very consistent with our count. Alpha1agreda is correct, the early videos seem to set the bar, raise the bar and have said bar reset again. So lets get it going, who will be entry #1?

Parallel will count were looking for good reps that show you're trying were not gunna be the strictest but we are looking for the effort and work being put in!
