First off I would like to thank FireTitan and BPS for the opportunity to log this product. Sorry I'm late I was stuck out of the country (Work related) $$$$$ Thanks for picking me to log your product

Will running Epidrone for 5 weeks starting off with 2 caps a day
Extras on cycle support OL AR1MACARE PRO, BSN Amino X, ON Gold Standard Whey protein, MT Neurocore for pre workout, fish oil, taurine, and animal multi-vitamin

PCT I'll be using OL SUP3R PCT, EA Nolvadex 20/20/10/10, EA OstaMusle, EA Cardarine and EA Arachidonic Acid

I will be doing Vegan diet on the week day and weeks meat, veggies and some fruit LOL !!!!!!
My workout split will be 4 days on 1 day cardio boxing 3 times a week

Chest day (Heavy volume)

Warm up Push Ups 4 sets of 25

Pec Fly Machine
3 sets of 15 reps
Then 3 set of 12 reps (with a drop set on each set)

Incline Beach press
3 sets of 15 reps
Then 3 set of 12 reps (with a drop set on each set)

Incline Dumbbell Flys with press 5 sets until failure the go into lncline Dumbbell press 5 sets until failure (THIS WILL KILL YOUR CHEST)

Cable Crossovers
4 sets of 25 reps(HIGH)
4 sets of 25 reps(MIDDLE)
4 sets of 25 reps (LOW)

Boxing cardio 60 minutes

Hand pads 3rds
Punching Bag 3rds
Speed Bag 3rds
Jump rope 3rds

Okay guys i've noticed a real good strength increase a lot of aggression when I'm lifting also the pumps are so real and I noticed a faster recovery time

Chest and triceps

Warm up Dips 3 Sets 25 reps with 45lb weight

Pec fly 3 sets 25 reps

Incline dumbbell 5 sets pyramid style

Incline barbell bench 3 sets 15 reps

Hammer strength press 5 sets pyramid style

Tricep Reverse press down 5 sets pyramid style

Single arm triceps pull downs 3 sets 25 reps(each arm)

Single arm tricep reverse pull down 3 sets 25 reps(each arm)

Overhead rope extension 3 sets to failure
