Today was a good day at work, had a bunch to do. I'll hit the gym tomorrow. Libido has been slightly higher and mood is improved. I'm ready to hit the gym!

I'm ready as well! Left arm is healed up and swelling is almost completely gone. Still a little tender but the gym is going to get sodomised tomorrow morning! Lol! Go kill it tomorrow as well!
 
Day 9: Woke up feeling rested and ready for the day. I'm ready to hit the gym after work. I love Saturday's, we work til noon then it's gym time! Libido is going up for sure, recovery time is starting to help as well. My hams have been killing me from lifting steel at work, over the days I've been getting less and less sore. Can't wait for next week, then I can really see what Epidrone can do!

I played in a band in high school and our music was not heavy at all but I **** you not we warmed up for Drowning Pool hahaha

Deadlift

Leg Press
4 sets 4-10 rep range

Laying leg curls
3 sets of 10

Standing calf raise
3 sets of 8-12

Had a pretty good workout. I can tell I'm getting muscle memory back and starting to get decent pumps in the gym. I really like dosing 2 caps pwo.

Mood and libido are still steady which is great.
 
Perfect, work bought pizza! One person is doesn't eat meat, thr other is allergic to pizza sauce. Looks like I'm chowing down!

Pec deck super settled with decline pushups
3 sets of 12

Bent over row
3 sets of 6-10

Seated rows
3 sets of 8

Lat pull down
2 sets of 4-6

Curls super set with tricep push down
3 sets of 12
