I've been using the Hammer Strength machines for my bench presses since I hurt my pec minor. I find I get a good chest workout without the pain. I really should let it fully heal at some point. lol

Had a great night sleep again last night after a huge workout. This is very important because I can be very restles after training intensely. Sex drive is off the chain. Going to take two days off and then finish the bottle at 3/3 next week. Should have five days left.

Switched to a three before bed only dosing for the last few days and have been liking it alot. I wound up taking an hour before bed and was exhausted, but still wound up f#;!ng lol. I dont have any issues in this dept, but i feel like it heightens the experience, cuts down significantly on the time in between, like ive been going four times in a row with almost no breaks, and no flacidness either. This has been a fun run! Lmao

Last night i finished up the bottle, closing out my run at 3 every night before sleep, which i have found to be my most favorite dosing. Its not too intense like the 3 am, 3 pm and it still provides sleep benefits and libdo increase. I personally have not trouble in the libido dept thankfully. For someone in my shoes this product is awesome at 3 caps prebed, it enhances sex, greatly improves sleep and helps with recovery. At that dosing the bottle will last for 60 days, which is alot of bang for your buck!

most definitely, with the cut comes better symmetry/proportion and at your height and weight that's pretty tough to achieve what you have so far man, most guys at that size are hard gainers so my hats off to you for building a hell of a base, whats your plans after this?? and you plan on using any supps ?

Still piecing it all together, but def some thermogenics, test booster and high protein diet. Training will be generally the same, but going to start doing fasted am runs around my neighborhood seven days a week. then start to adjust cals accordingly.
