BPS Continues the Challenge!!!!

Bad ass drop set brother! I like it. only thing missing was a little tri pose at the end! lol
This is my off week but I think I got a little pump in my tris from watching it.

Yeah, me too. I'm curious if it's a combination of being a little bit longer and being a bit fatter to make up the extra weight.

I just weighed all of my bars and I don't have any that weight I would have to use my Olympic bar is that Ok?

Hmmm. I would like to keep things fair and equal so everyone is doing the same amount of sets with the same weight drop each time. I guess if you're ok with loading up the same weight on each side and working down to the bar, I'll allow it.

Unless we just say that EVERYONE use the Oly (45 lb) bar. I like that idea better to keep it all equal. I'll change the challenge post to reflect this after work.
 
Well, Tank999 was also saying all he had was 45 so to keep them 2 from wussing out, I changed it. Lol!

Tank does NOT wuss out - I was gonna beat your vid with 85lbs on the bar all the way through.....lmbfao!
So now you upped the start to 95lbs. Ok. I shall try. I shall give it my all. I shall persevere. Etc etc.....lol
 
Ok, this is an official BPS challenge!! Since @<u><a rel="nofollow" href="http://anabolicminds.com/forum/member.php?u=245584" target="_blank">FireTitan</a></u> is tending family matters, I'm taking the reins -- for now.

Overhead tricep press with 45 lb bar. Start with 50lbs on the bar (25 lbs each side however you wish). AMRAP that. Rake off 5 lbs from each side and AMRAP again with no break. Continue this process until you are just repping the bar. The person with the all around best total wins their choice of Epidrone or STIMRUSH. You have until next Monday to get your videos in. Here's what I mean.

Good move.Ill look at my bars tomorrow...I didnt see where you asked me until after I got back from my shoulder destruction day!!

No biggie big guy. Tried looking them up online and the heaviest I found was 30#. You'd think that they'd be easier to find than they are. Maybe I'm just entering the wrong search words?

I did it at the end of my session and it flat out finished me off and then some. I'm not sure if you could see it in the video, but my tris were starting to spasm on me there towards the end. I was DONE! Lol!

I was also thinking of doing that but if I'm fresh I might have a better shot at winning some epidrone!!!

Yeah, I got down to just the bar and thought, "I should get this for a good 20." but we all saw how that went when the muscles started to spasm. Lol!

Thanks for checking on me man! But I am barely alive. Between my workouts, work, and all these effing curveballs life keeps throwing at me I'm pretty busy. One time one of these curveballs won't break and I'll be back on track. Lol.


He got a new gig and now hes too good for us!! Lol

Not even true bro! Just been super busy. I hope to be way more active here soon. Getting a new work schedule so things should finally start settling down. Moving to a regular 3-11 now. :D

I know I was disappointed I had to go to work extra early this morning I was planning on training when I got home but my little guys seen me and they've been glued to my hip ever since
