BPS Continues the Challenge!!!!

Ahhhhh. Hmm. Good question but I honestly dont see how we could formulate a true pound for pound lift from BB to DB. Any ideas?

Only thing I can think of is to go heavier by 5 lbs total and say (2) 70 lb DBs or go lighter by 5 lbs with 65s. Unless they want to strap a 2.5 plate to 2 65lb DBs to make them 67.5 lbs. Lol!

Awesome. Had most fun on here then ever, outside the fam guy vids of course, when u ran the original contest. This'll b fun. And oh you're boss man is cool as hell. I have two different grips because Sports Authority was closing it's doors. Talk about vultures. That was quite the experience, because people would reach in your cart and take what they wanted if you just turned your back for a second. I was like, dude, uhh, you must want that pretty bad, lmao.

football challenge, 225 for as many reps as possible- ill hit it tomorrow and see if i can get 4 or 5
 
Quick question.. no objection to me using reverse grip for my bench? havn't been able to do reg for couple weeks now.. will obviously get less reps but really cant do them any other way..

I have no issues with that if its what you want to do. Id rather you participate comfortably than be hurt.
