BPS & AE14 join together for Laxacrine

hada good overall workout.

Stayed lighter with higher reps today. Didnt go above 185 on seated press or 205 on BB rows.

Pump was excellent and felt overall very good, specifically after all my cardio :)

And that's a Light Day ??

I definitely like to push.

Same thing this am.
55 minutes 12% 3.9-5mph

Amazing sweat. lax application on

Legs and some bis later and some more cardio

I'm finding I'm sweating a little more with LAX.

Also how's your libido man?

Libido hasnt changed too much. I have been a horn dog since I can remember ;)

Here is the breakdown of the afternoon. I did hit the 20,000 step mark. Eventhough I have fewer days than most of my fitbit friends, I am catching them. I love to push it

60 minutes 12% 4.0mph

Legs
Pause squats off a 12" box sets @ 275lbs sets of 3 (really working on explosion)
GHR (6 sets) to failure, right hammy is definitely tight

Bi's were done between each set of leg, 1 exercise working solely for a pump
DB Front Hammer curls 45lbs sets of 10-15

Pump and sweat were outrageous. Actually needed an extra shower as we are going out for the Mrs' birthday tonight

Haha I'm the same. I feel like I've had s slight increase which was unexpected as it doesn't contain anything that is designed to boost it.

Maybe it's just placebo.

20,000 is my record !!

I have heard quite a few people sweat a bit more on Laxogen products, and whether thats actually a side effect or a result of increased exercise/temperature etc. is sort of yet to be determined, a little extra sweat never hurt though right? :D

Morning cardio in and application complete! 1 hour 12% 4-4.9mph. Unreal sweat. Looking forward to some chest and tris later

Awesome afternoon workout. Over did it on the cardio once again. However, the family competition is becoming fun. My wife and daughter are really getting into it. :)

Chest:
Flat BP (7 sets) 3 sets @295 4,5,5 reps
Incline BP (6 sets) 4 sets @ 225lbs 5 reps per

Tris: <done in giant set fashion>
JM Press (5 sets) max of 205lbs sets of 5-8
2 arm db ext (5 sets) 75 & 60lbs to failure

Awesome pump and burn on tris.

Going to do a weigh in tomorrow, as I think the excess cardio is having a great impact on my weight.

We are going on vacation 8/20, and I am hoping to get well under 200lbs prior to that

nice bench man! So do you follow a template or do you kind of just do whatever on your own based on feel!?

I have some ideas when I get to the basement gym, but I truly depend on how my body feels. If I feel good to go, I really get after it. :)

I remember good ol two a days when Olympic lifting was my focus.. clean and jerk/squat AM sessions and snatch/Front squat/pull PM session. was crazy!

Didn't have a chance to update last night but her was the rundown for last night and this am

Last night 45 minutes 12% 4.0-4.5mph
5 giant sets of shoulder rippers 30lbs dbs side laterals, rear laterals, upright rows and press. Pump was crazy

This morning I didn't lift and will hit legs tonight
1 hour 5 minutes 3.8-4.4mph 12%

It's funny, the "competition" for steps is a little silly now :)

AE14 I'm glad I don't have to compete with you for steps, you are a maniac !!!

My wife is actually a little mad about it. I have had it under a week, and I am 20k more than my closest family member :)

I LOVE competition. I have always been the most competitive bugger, sometimes much worse than others

I'm trying to hit a minimum of 10k steps per day... Not to difficult with my job, however I need to enter some more comfortable insoles.

I have podiatrist recommended insoles. Major flat feet issues so I am very particular. I only use Brooks Beast on the treadmill and I constantly use Vionics with Orthaheel for outside of work walking.

Today is the non-lifting day. So it was all about the cardio (almost 10k steps in)

1 hour 5 minutes 12% 4.0-4.5mph

It was good to get back to the lifting grind today.

Pre W/O cardio
1 hour 12% 3.8-4.3mph

Chest
Incline BP (7 sets) 2 sets @ 225lbs 5 reps per
Incline fly/press superset (6 sets) 65lbs 8 reps per

Will be hitting tris tonight.

A couple of notes.....muscular density is at an all time high. Feeling quite strong as well considering bw is down to 201. Glad the cardio is working. Trying to drop a few lbs prior to our vacation in 2 weeks

And you're still at 1mL right? I don't know if you shared this or I may have overlooked it, where are you vacationing to?

Yes. 1ml every am post shower.

We are heading to Disney again :). I absolutely love it there.

Morning workout is in.
1 hour 12% 3.8-4.3mph

Also decided to get back in this am as well
Rack pulls (8 sets) 2 sets @405 5 reps per
Wide chins (4 sets) sets of 12 <felt easy today, very little fatigue>
BB rows (4 sets) sets @205

Was very pleased with my work this am. Really leaning out nicely. Will do another weigh in within the next 2 days

Thanks man. I used to be able to do behind the neck, but they started to really wear out my shoulders.

Here is a rundown of yesterday afternoon and this morning

Pre lift cardio
40 mins 12% 3.9-4.3mph

Shoulders
Seated Press (6 sets) 2 sets @185 7,5 reps
DB shrugs (6 sets) 75lbs sets of 15
Side/rear laterals (4 sets) 35lbs sets of 8 each

Ended up going for a ridiculous walk last night with my wife and daughter. Roughly 9 miles on top of all other working out yesterday.

This morning fasted cardio
60 mins 12% 4.0-4.5mph

Looks like about 5-6 days left of lax. :(

Hoping to hit some legs this afternoon

only 5-6 days :/ sad indeed... great workout though ! I went and did 25minutes at 3mph on different grades last night and wow.. even though it was only 200 calories burned it still felt good to loosen up!

Last 2 days have been very good. Been really going crazy with cardio as I want to be at under 200 consistently prior to the 20th when we leave.

Numbers have been consistent, been going alittle lighter with higher reps to focus more on muscular endurance. Trying to tighten up a little to go with all the extra cardio.

We have been swamped here atthe house so I apologize for the lack of details. However, it will be back to normal tomorrow for the last week.

I will say, on a positive side, Lax offers a great deal of flexibility. If you are looking to bulk and add strength, with proper diet it will be of great assistance. However, on the flip side, if you are looking to drop a little, also with proper diet, you can do it with this.

totally ok man family first am I right?! you've provided a great log thus far anyway! happy youre enjoying it!

Very pleased overall and would run again, would do so with multiple bottles though. As I think at 2ml this has the potential to provide outstanding results.

Morning breakdown as I got an early start

Cardio 50 minutes 12% 3.8-4.5mph

Back
BB rows (6 sets) sets @ 225 :woohoo:
Banded reverse hypers (5 sets)
DB rows (5 sets) 75lbs per

Will be hitting more cardio and shoulders later tonight :)

Building that posterior chain! Banded reverse hypers are a favorite.

Do you use a pre workout for your morning session? And if you workout twice (like today) do you use another scoop for you second session? Curious...

I've been noticing some rather nice results at 2/day. Even my wife's family were coming up to me this weekend and complimenting me on how I was looking. Her younger sister (in college) told me I was looking even more buff than usual. Lol! It's a pretty good stroke for the ego when a pretty college girl comes up to you and says something like that. (Even if it is your sister-in-law! Lol!)

actually no. I am not a huge fan of pre w/o I always get concerned about not being able to lift without them. So I just try to kick myself in the a$$ to get going :)

I can lift with out the Stim..But I love the extra pump !!

Didn't get a chance to hit shoulders last night as the wife and daughter wanted to go run the track. It was a lot of fun as my 12 year old just wanted to race with me :)

Hit legs and shoulders this am with typical am cardio

Couple of things to note....pump continues to be excellent and the flexibility of this product has been the one thing that has really stood out. Based on whats in the bottle, it looks like thursday and or friday will be the end.

So who won the race

Cardio only day today. Hit 1 hour this am already exceeding 8000 steps. Weather is really nice here, so likely back to the track this evening. Maybe another race. Since my daughter couldn't run with me, so resorted to making fun of my running style ;)

My girls only two weeks old, so I have some time to be "cool" to her ?

My little girl is 2 years 6months old and already she's got an attitude and tells me I'm 'silly' or 'stop it daddy' haha... Scant wait till she's a teenager. Not.

I have a 2 year old grand daughter , she can use an I pad better than me !

Let me tell you....I long for the terrible 2's and f'n 4s. 12 and up is rough. Luckily she still has a good fear of dad as I did growing up. She knows I am an easy going guy, but once my voice deepens and my eyes get big....its time to get in line :)
