Update Day 52

Feeling fantastic today (although I think I am about to slip into a Crowler Cookie Coma!). I did take about a four hour nap but had none of the flu-like symptoms of yesterday.

A set in the AM, upped the reps and/or weight on most lifts.
Kind of a funny story: towards the end of my second set of Tbar rows I was straining so hard I lost control of my bowels for a second and let out a little shard.:dump: I started gigglin so hard I could barely finish the set, but I did it. After heading to the loo and cleanin the crack I returned to finish up the last set strong. :)

My back is feeling really good and I even made it to MA class this evening. Energy levels were fantastic. Fourty five minutes of pretty intense sparring flew right by. I slammed a serving of Chaos on the way there, perhaps that helped. I plan on hitting the wheels in the AM. I will cross my fingers and hope my decrepit core will allow me to stack more than 4 plates on the squat bar. :(

Update Day 60

Nothing new. Hangin at 20mg SD and 75mg suspension. Looking forward to getting my cardio going again. I have so much more energy and sense of well being when I run a few times a week. Will probably start adding a few light sessions in next week.
 
Update Day 67

Took a scheduled week off from workouts and it was much needed. I feel very rested and ready to take on the next phase of the journey.

Starting weight ~168
Current weight ~187
Starting bf ~10ish
Current bf ... to hell if I am squeezing those calipers on my fat ass! Ok, ok. Calpiers say ~12%. Mirror says "go do some cardio fatass!"

Sticking with my current workout routine save increasing the cardio.

I switched up the diet to a CKD style with a pretty healthy deficit. Last two days I have been just slightly under 2000 kcals and energy levels have not suffered. I will raise those up as needed (especially as cardio frequency increases) but I have had great results with the "shock and awe" kickstart of low cals at the getgo.

Oh yes, my clothes will fit again! Muha, muhaha, muhahaha, muhahahahahahahahahah cough, cough, ahem. Anyway, as you were.:bruce1:

Update DAy 71

First week of low carbs went well. Actually weighing in at 180 this morning (187 at adipose catabolic phase inception) even after starting my refeed last night. I know there is quite a bit of water and glycogen depletion but I can see my body is devouring fat already.

My sense of well being has been fantastic. The MTrn/MZol combo so far is side free and I am getting no lethargy from them the T3 or the low carbs.

Strength is sticking around so far and I am actually still going up in small increments every workout.

Cardio endurance, although starting low due to the time off, is not negatively effected and perhaps even to the contrary. Only running a few miles at a time right now but I feel that if I wanted to keep going it wouldn't be a problem.

Skin is exponentially more oily this week.


Really enjoying the foods I get to eat on this diet. Every morning I saute up some pork sausage, fresh garlic, green onions and mushrooms, drop in a few eggs and top it with cheese and hotsauce. Mmmmm mmmm. Hardest part for me is getting as many servings of veggies as I would like but I am working on it. I am getting a fair amount of spinach and brocolli along with trying to incorporate celery, bell peppers, cucumbers and the like into as many meals as time permits. I need to start prepping larger quantaties and keeping them in sealed containers so I can just pull em all out of the fridge and serve up salad bar style.

Got to give a little shout out to the USP products. The Cissus has really helped my joints. Both Letro and superdrol both dry me out and I end up with wrist pain but with the Cissus I was virtually pain free. The REM is giving a phenominal level of sleep quality which is essential especially going into a deficit while training hard. Good stuff.
 
agreed.. my strength gains stop around 75-100mcg of T3.. and I'm a sweaty mess.

I too have to give a shout out to USP.

Weight still hovering around 180. After a carb up starting Fri eve and ending Sat eve I resumed the low carb diet through today, Thurs. My calories have been much higher however as I have been ravenous and unable to control it. The cardio is going to have to increase for sure.

Lethargy is becoming an issue. Having to nap every afternoon even after dosing Ephedrine. I have not experienced this from T3 in the past so I am assuming it may be the MTRN but as this is my first run with it I can not be sure. I obtained the T3 from a diff source than normal and had heard some feedback stating it may be overdosed so I may lower it down some and see.

Strength is still sticking and I am actually still seeing slow and steady increases.

Having to shower 3x ed to combat this oily skin.

Libido great right now but soon to be diminished by the Letro.

A bit of puffiness in the nips coming on. Again assuming the MTRN may be the culprit, thus the Letro. I have found that the test suspension to have virtually no aromatization with me even at higher doses. The PP puffed me up at the beginning so I added Letro briefly then but have been side free since then untill now.

So far no issues with BP even with the MTRN and ephedrine together.

Oh yeah, getting a bit tired of ed injections. Next run will deff be enan again but this time a gram and maybe some Deca for a nice dirty bulk. Gotta break 200 someday. :D

This is me to a 'T' I can put on fat pretty easily sometimes when I get to a plateau. Up to that point it will be all lean gains, but to burst past it I have to say bye bye to Mr.Abs
 
Update Day 84

Weighing in at 177 as of this morning. Due to a ton of stuff going on with work/family/personal BS my diet took a turn for the porta potty along with some missed workouts and virtually no cardio. That being said, I still dumped three lbs this week. Fvckin A!

Letro dropped to .5 every third day and as you can see the T3 was dropped down from the 100 to try and negate some of the lethargy. Worked! I am convinced however that the T3 I am using is overdosed so I am probably actually running 100 NOW and was upwards of ~120 before. Of course it may be dosed normal but the combination of it and the MTRN was wreaking havoc but the important thing is I am not dozing off while driving anymore. :D

Still running a CKD with a 1.25 day refeed each week save for the couple days at the beginning of this week that I pretty much sh1t loaded myself into a processed, sugar/fat laden comatose euphoria. God I love peanut butter cookies and milk. I could easily become a serious fatass if I lost faith. :)

Strength still holding on, but as I expected, gains have slowed to a screeching crawl. Switching up a few of the exercises used for various bodyparts is keeping my body quite challenged however.

Libido, in spite of the small amounts of Letro in the mix, has been quite pronounced. My wifey likey.:whip:

Overall endurance is pretty crappy for me right now which is making the thought of cardio and MA class in the evenings a scarcity. Heartrate really gets a pumpin hard with combo of TRN and ephedrine so the lack of frequency is probably a blessing to my health right now.

I have been able to keep a handle on the acne problem just by washing frequently and using some Oxy pads here and there but I am just holding the line. Definately some androgens at work.

Thats all I can think of right now.:blink:

I still don't think the fluorescent pink is going to match the hot pink uber halter top that Ubi left at my place after a night of regretable... anyway, yeah, I remember. I am not quite up to squirrel caliber yet but I did manage a 45 min run outside in 95 degrees today. That's somethin. :D

Umm, only way i'm staining these things is if I use em as a spooge rag. I am far from fitting them my petite waisted, V-tapered, 14 yr old girly armed pal. :D

I will taper, but not real long. I want to lean out a bit more and then I will take about a week to taper down. An anabolic will be run for at least a week after full cessation of the T3 to help stave off any negative gains from a thyroid rebound crash.

I will begin supplementing with a transdermal formulation of 7-OXO shortly both for it's proported thyroid boosting properties and cortisol swashbuckling abilities which will continue through PCT.

L-Tyrosine is another that I incorporate into the recovery of the thyroid.
 
Update Day 91

Weighed in at 176 this morning, even after a little carb up in the middle of the night. :D

Last inject of test suspension yesterday.:woohoo:

I will be using a transdermal application of test for the remaining two weeks of the cycle as I am starting the 7-OXO and might as well combine them.

Mixed 3g's test base, 3g's 7-OXO with a ml each of BA and PS80 along with ~10ml of Penetrate. Baked at 250 for ~15 min untill completely transparent/dissolved. Added the the remaing 110ml Penetrate and voila, smooth as silk. Gives me roughly 47mg/ml or 23mg/ml of each active. Will be applying 3ml in the AM and again in ~12 hrs.
This will give me ~140mg of each with an estimated absorbed yield of 40mg. Less test than I have been running but an effective dose for my purposes. It seems to me that transdermal test base aromatizes more than other fast acting test. Possibly due to it having to pass through adipose where aromatase lurks. In any case, I am hopng for a greater libido surge than from the suspension as well as being prepared for the possibility of estrogenic sides.

MZol 200mg
MDHT 25mg
T3 80mcg
Ephedrine 50-75mg

Amazingly enough, my strength seems to be holding, in spite of the low carbs and T3. Difficult to judge definitively as I changed up all the exercises for upper body when gains stalled but I am progressing with those so...

For those interested, here are the changeups:
Chest. Hammer Strength press to incline DB
Back width. Pulldowns (narrow, palms facing) to pullups.
Shoulders. BB or DB press to BB upright rows
Back thickness. Tbar row to Hammer Strength row (neutral grip)
Tri's. French press to dips/ubar pushown supersets
Bi's. BB curl to incline DB

Libido is down but not out.

Acne still under control. Occasional breakouts on the back/shoulder but mainly limited to whiteheads. Multiple daily cleanings and Oxy pads do a pretty good job.

No lethargy to speak of. Energy levels have actually been really high as have endurance levels. Got a few outdoor runs in this week at 45 min intervals.

BP under control. Systolic slighly elevated but that is to be expected with ephedrine or MTRN standalone. 135-140 average. 113-120 is my norm. Diastolic hanging round 75.

Gotta go, wifey needs something moved, NOW!

T3 tapered and done.

Continuing the CKD but keeping the cals closer to maintenance vs. a deficit as I am happy with the bodyfat level for now. Just lookin to maintain.

Libido took an immediate skyrocket upon changing up to the transdermal. Even having erotic dreams that force me to finish myself off upon waking.I am convinced of the greater aromatization from this method of application. With that being said, I added a small dose of Letro back into the mix to keep me dryer and reduce chances of adipose storage from the sloppy diet. :D

Current dosing:
Transdermal test/7-OXO 150/150mg ed
Letro .5mg eod
MTRN 4mg
MZol 200mg
MDHT 50mg
Ephedrine 50-75mg

Started using a few servings of psyllium husk to get the fiber up and get the cheese and eggs moving if ya know what I mean. Works wonders. Actually makes a great porridge when mixed with a little whey. Makes me feel like I ate a bunch of carbs. Extra tasty with some natty PB and topped with heavy cream.

Overall I am feeling fantastic. Strength if not maintaining is increasing. Can't wait for post cycle therapy. :(

You know, I would love to stay on at least test forever but my main constraints are financial being the sole provider of a wife and four children. Hopefully by winter I will be able to get some enan and deca for a nice bloaty bulk. :D

In post cycle therapy. Weight holding steady at 174 which is surprising as all I have had the finances for diet wise is "what's in the pantry". Lot's of BBQ chicken thighs, prepackaged pasta, rice and whatever canned accompaniments the kids and I draw lots on. Plenty of eggs as they are so cheap.
Havn't even been tracking macros but I don't think I want to know. Taken the last week off from the gym and havn't been doing any cardio. I am back to the gym today and will be able to judge how my strength is holding up over the next couple weeks.

I may take some pics when through but I don't think I put on any mass this cycle anyway, which is fine as my goal was strength and wasn't eating to grow. I just hope I can hold on to even 50% of the strength increases because although a weakling, I am a much stronger weakling than I was 3 months ago. Bw dips from 13 to 21 reps, pullups from barely getting 10 to reppin with a '45 dangling by the boys, deep BB squat from 225X10 to 235X20 etc.

Update Day ?? I lost count :D

In the fourth week of post cycle therapy. Hovering between 178-180 with a bit of PCFG (Post Cycle Fat Gain).

Should get bloodwork done in roughly 3 weeks, depending on the scheduling harmony between the doc and I.

Strength: First couple of weeks took a dive in numbers as well as workout intensity/focus/drive.
In the third week strength began to increase and am now hovering a bit below on cycle numbers but a marked improvement over baseline or cycle inception stats. This makes me happy as the predominant destination of this trip was "Droppinplatesville".

Vanity: Not really happy with the soft/round look. I like to stay lean but I have to work so hard to stay that way and adding all the life stuff going on outside the vanity ruled realm of selfishness, sigh... gonna have to settle with pudgy for a while.

Diet: Crap. See above chapter and read between the lines. I am still healthy overall and still far and away better than the average "McDonalds Joe" but deff not what the elite here would spare a barrage of spears dipped in insult and ridicule.

Training: Three part

1. Resistance training volume remaining consistant save a 10-15% decrease in drive/motivation/stamina.
Training frequency reduced to 1 on 3 off with the same A/B split.

B. Cardio training sparse at best. Last 5 workouts I have added 20-25 minutes on the row machine at ~800 cals/hr. Nice change as the running seems to be getting increasingly harder on the lower back and knees. Need to rework my schedule to incorporate a few more sessions as I lost my previously available morning training slot to getting my kids fed a healthy breakfast, packing them a decent lunch and making sure they switched their cranium on before heading out the door. They dam well better take care of me when I am old. :D


5. (Three sir, ... right) MA training took to the sidelines for the first couple of weeks but I am back, alive and kickin/striking/joint locking/gouging/biting/leg humping and whatever else it takes to work the "mojo". I went into a slump after the black belt test. There was so much physical/mental/emotional buildup leading up to that day and it just seemed afterwards as though a strong tailwind had halted and I found myself paddling against a strong current. Pulling myself over the the top of the hard climbed precapice only to find another yet higher cliff beckoning he who has the will to face it's steep, steady grade. Knowing that once I breached the next ledge I would again be staring at yet another proxy of the almighty question plaguing those that would dare defy the very underpinning constructs governing the basal quintessential nature of .....

I just needed a break, ok.

Libido: Stayed in the late 40's to early 50's for the first week or so but has steadily risen to late 20's with occasional spikes into the late teens. On a side note: Volume has been noteably high for a recordable number of "releases". Increased output occurances seem to correspond to a previous swelling of the right side hanging member of the incredible duo.

Fullness/pump: The Powerfull and CEE taken preworkout are doing their job it seems. Effects became realized by the end of the second week.

Sleep: Overall good and restfull. Don't seem to need more than ~5hrs to have a productive day but able to sleep almost eight straight. Again Powerfull doing it's thang as the REM-R3G was discontinued prior to post cycle therapy. Waking up absolutely starving 1-3 times every night. Mmmmm cereal.
