It's a peptide used in conjunction with TB 500 (Systemic) but it is more targeted in that it is injected near the injured sight to help speed recovery. It's dosed in micro grams. There is a member who's had a log regarding his shoulder recovery from surgery using this peptide with success.

Actually, I just searched "BPC 157" and there are quite a few references on here, but listed two that stood out to me.
You can't ask for sources, and should know that by now.
