Narrows had them not too long ago. I ran 2 bottles, wanted to see if I'd notice any difference in my gut related to food intolerance and digestion. I did not notice any difference. Had some nagging aches and pains in my shoulders and didn't notice any improvement there either. Just my experience. I know some have noticed improvement with oral administration.

Oral bioavailability is quite low. Some have had success turning it into a liquid and holding the drops under the tongue for a minute before swallowing. Really though, the injectable version is loads cheaper and more effective!

If you’re trying to avoid inj , look into bpc nasal spray which allows similar absorption. Oral definitely won’t work
