How long of a needle should I use and is it safe to inject intra tendon or Intra muscular or fat?

I know both intramuscular and subcutaneous injections are safe and effective.

...and you can also swallow it. No doubt (IMO) injections are probably better, but I swallowed it for Golfer's Elbow and it worked perfectly. Hard to find a place to inject for some injuries.
