BPC 157

Just recently had knee arthroscopy with a tendon repair and I'm currently 2 weeks post op, if I was to do BPC 157 at around 100-200 mcg's a day was wondering how I inject? Most likely thinking around the tendon itself rather than directly into? More sub Q correct?

What tendon repair did you have? I just had mine scoped but it was my meniscus so idk if bp157 is Worth it due to needing to inject into the joint as they have very little if any blood supply. Depending on where your tendon is you could do sub q near it from what I've read. I would NOT attempt to inject IA (intra-articular) or in the joint capsule.

It was a Patellar Tendon Repair. Yeah I had a PRP done earlier and that **** hurt lol! and they injected into the tendon itself or as you stated IA. I would not want to do that at home by myself with no medical equipment to show where I'm going like they had. For the most part my tendon is good but in waiting for all the scar tissue to heal... Didn't know if BPC would help at all if any...

If it's just your patella tendon then I don't see how doing a sub q injection In the skin just superficial to the tendon would hurt. You're not going into the capsule or anything. If it were me I would do sub q like that and see if it helps

Please tell me about your experience and results w PRP. I am about to begin with my elbow. Torn tendon. Thanks
