BPC-157/TB4 Injections

hey all looking for some feedback as I’m seeing differing answers.

Just got a BPC157 / TB4 / GHK-Cu combo from a clinic. I have had shoulder issues (rotator cuff strain / partial tear) for nearly a year and some change now.

No surgery, did some PT, re-nagged it. It is back to like 95% now finally and want to try these peptides and hopefully get back to benching heavy and feeling myself again.

Back story over, I got SubQ / slin needles and was directed to be injecting SubQ. But I have read online it should be injected near the problem area. I am pretty lean and not sure if I could SubQ inject delts or too close.

Do I need to switch to IM injections? Can I do that with this combination? While I like the mix of peptides and varied benefits, I’m strictly interested in this ‘therapy’ in hopes to fix my nagging shoulder issues. Is the localization that relevant, or is it more of just injection vs oral that dictates the systematic effects?

Sorry if over complicating this. New to peptides and have OCD.

TL;DR - 1+ yr shoulder/rotator cuff issues, using peptide therapy combo from clinic of bp157/tb4/ghk-cu - was directed SubQ injections. Can’t SubQ inject delts, do I need to switch to IM delt injections? Or am I taking localization too seriously

Thanks all

I agree with littlrook. They claim the medicine finds the inflammation but I'd still say the closer to the pain the better.

Aim for the general area. BPC needs to be as close to the injury as possible, but TB 500 goes systemic. When my shoulders are acting up I either just pin my side belt or my front delt depending on which one's closer to the pain

BPC works best daily, tb500 doesn't have to be daily to work best you can do that a little more spread out. IDK about GHK copper. But I've taken the bpc/TB combo every other day close to the injury and still got good benefits. Pretty sure I was doing half a milligram of each every other day

Going to be again soon too. Right shoulder is acting up
