BPC 157/TB 500 for ankle.

Picked up some BPC157 and TB500 for what I suspect is some Posterior Tibial tendinitis (inside ankle pain upon heel lift and push off)
I'm aware the best results are from pinning as close to the injury as possible, but with the multiple tendons around the ankle I don't want to rupture one while trying to administer the BPC157/TB500.
Anyone familiar with using these for ankle pain, is pinning in the calf too far away? or is there a safe area closer to the ankle to administer?

its actually quite safe to inject in the ankle just stay to the outside of the achilles tons of youtube vids on it Rupturing a tendon from a slin needle is pretty hard to do also, you'll get plenty of warning if you come to close to one...might hurt though.

By the way, have you ever pinned calves? There brutal. I tried once and never did it again
Around two decades ago a guy posted on this board about his first pin was horribly painful, found out he pinned his calf cause it was easy to reach. It became a dare to pin your calves after that eventually it was like a rite of passage then it expanded to pinning every odd muscle...traps, pecs, biceps, some dude even pinned his abs. I tried calves, pecs, and forearms. Forearms were almost as bad as calves....almost. That craziness lasted for a few months... damn we were stupid but it was fun.

Glutes and delts are my go-to. Quads I used to be scared of because I heard a lot of horror stories, but I got to be honest, I've been doing them for about a year now and I've never had a bad pin. I don't pin them consistently but I'd say once or twice a month I'll do a quad pin and I never have an issue.

When I'm super lean I'll pin my chest for peptides or anything less then 0.5-0.6ml and that's always been pretty tolerable too.

My calves and my lats, I can't touch them though.

For a long time I was trying to stay on top of daily pins and make sure that everything is super stable so I had to find a lot of locations.

After a while it got old though lol

Have you tried subq? A lot of the hormone treatment specialists are using daily subq now. Saying it's shown to keep blood levels stable as well as IM and is less scarring. I don't know personally anyone who's tried it on cycle though.

I've tried BPC‑157 and TB‑500 on my own posterior tibial tendinitis and found that a low‑dose sub‑Q shot a few centimeters above the pain point works without hitting a tendon. The calf can be used if you keep the needle away from the muscle‑tendon junction. I usually buy peptides online from BergdorfBio because the purity gives me peace of mind. Still, get a professional opinion before you self‑inject.
