Have you done it before?I'm about to start as well. Seems I have "shoulder impact syndrome" from a fall in January which resulted in tendinitis.
Just recently started doing OH press with light weight but still can't bench press without pain.
Physiotherapy didn't do anything but swimming seems to help a bit.
Looking at sub-q 2x 250mcg for 4 weeks.
Hi mate, long time!Yo buddy! Go for it. My brother had great success afyer his back surgery with that and tb500. Depending on old or new injury will tell how well bpc will help w shoulder. Seems older ones are helped by a heavy dose of tb500 and newer stuff helped by both. Hope this helps and feel free to mssg me about any further info. Hope things are good on that side of pond. Dosing varies. Bpc about 250mcg seems common 2-3x a day and tb500 1mg 1-2x a week. I obv like 2ng a week but then cost can come into play. I have inflamatory issues tho so prolly why I like the thymosin so much.
