Anyone ever take BPC 157 Capsules? My shoulder has been getting progressively worse and surgery is not an option right now. I also want to try to see if it helps my ankle problems. I would rather not inject but I may if I really need to.

Oral is only only only good for stomach issues. Everything else you need to inject. I suppose nasal mist is an option but the absorption and results will pale in comparison to injection. It’s subq injections, just do it

Have you done Cissus + Joint support XT? Actually worked for me within 2 weeks
I have not. But I do love Joint Support XT and usually only take it when needed. I think I will give this a try though. Haven’t used Cissus in many many years. I was just curious if anyone has tried BPC 157 in pill form. Some people say it works but most say it doesn’t. Been talking to some people on Facebook but not sure who is believable and who isn’t.

Oral doesn’t work for anything except your gut, don’t waste your money. Also don’t waste your money on TD BPC157/TB. I got scammed by a board sponsor buying that.

The best is injectable and depending on your issue or injury may only do so much. I’ve used it before with some results. It’s not a cure all.

I'm not sure where you guys are getting your information but oral definitely works for joint health and general maintenance to keep everything pain free. True that it is not nearly as effective for local healing and speed to recovery, but it is a good option as maintenance and gut health as well. I've injected 2 separate times for 6 weeks to address ongoing tendinitis and it is literally a miracle that PT, stim therapy, and dry needling couldn't heal. After the last run I started oral BPC daily and haven't had so much as a creak or pain in any joints at 50.

It seems from my research that it misses more than it hits about 3 to 1. But I think I am going to try oral first and see what happens just for the convenience of it. My wife is completely against injecting even though she injected TB 500 10 years ago but we were only dating and I had more control then! If push comes to shove though I do not want to have surgery so injecting will happen if need be. If it was really serious I would right now but it’s manageable just super annoying and makes me unmotivated.

It’s very minor. I am gonna start Cissus and Joint XT as well. It’s time anyways for that as Winter approaches.

I have almost tried it. I haven’t read great things about TD version.

It doesn't miss, it just isn't nearly as effective if someone is looking for injury relief. It's primary benefit is for gut health and we all know that gut health is paramount for overall health. However, it is systemic so it will help with joint health and pain relief, but it takes a much longer time.

I just wanted to point out that either route is effective, just not as efficient, depending on why someone is taking it.
