Can someone provide instructions on how much bacteriostatic water to mix with a 5 ml vial of Bpc-157 and how to administer after mixing

There are numerous videos on google and youtube on the administration and reconstitution of peptides. I would need more information regarding the dosage of the BPC and the dosage you plan to run.
