The simplest mathematical way is to reconstitute with 1 ml of bac water per 1 mg of bpc.
After reconstituting at 1ml/1mg you will divide the mcg dose you want by 10 and that is the tic mark you fill your syringe to.
For your example of 250 mcg you would fill the vial with 5ml bac water. For each dose you would fill the syringe to the 25 tic mark.
