I have recently purchased some bpc 157 and tb500 in hopes to heal my partial supraspinatus tear. My questions are:
When I was injecting the bac water into the vial I did not equalize the pressure in the vial. I did let it run down the side for the most part. If I did possibly squirt it directly on the bpc 157 or tb500 should I not use it?
I am also a first time pinner and have read lots of people saying that injecting directly into the tendon or muscle is very dangerous. I only bought insulin needles assuming I could find some fat close to the injury but it says 1-4 inches from injury from what I've read and am not sure where to safely and effectively inject.
