6'5 260 19% bf age 26.. iv been running test for about 12 weeks decided to throw n some tren ace.. i dropped my test to 250 a week and pin 50mg of tren ed. Up until i was burning out on squats last week iv had no issues... but the last rep sent my head into a horrible all over throb.. which slowed down over the next two days... iv cut out pre workout and cigarettes.. i get in the gym today and first set on bench head immediately begins to throb. The day before it was there but slowly went away the more i worked out... i drink plenty of water.. iv slowed my reps and breathing which seems to help... but i was hoping on some advice to remedy my bp issues.. if not im jus gonna stop it all together.

Are you using an AI? If your not currently using an AI you should start. Estrogen causes the body to retain fluid which results in an increase in blood pressure.

You should also check your BP on a monitor to see exactly where it is.

Adex .5 every two days.. i went to the doc while the throbbing was still goin on and bp was ok. I wonder if i damaged somethin in my neck whil lifting?

Does it hurt when you sneeze, cough, strain to use the bathroom, or otherwise make any type of valsalva manuever? Any blurred vision or other visual changes?

I had a teammate in college that hemorrhaged from one of the smaller blood vessels in his head while we were using the leg press. In other words, he had a small stroke. Headache was severe at first, diminished over the next 12hours, and would return any time he strained over the following 3-4weeks. Other than the pain, briefly blurred vision, and some sporadic word finding difficulties, he was completely fine. Luckily everything resolved in about 2 months.

Yes bathroom laughing coughing...especially within the days following. Now its turned into jus as i begin to work out and semi throughout. Thanks so much this makes alot of sense. I mean wen i rack the bar i felt like i was gonna dropp the throbbing was intolerable.. wen it kicks up its hard to even to listen to music loud... so 3-4 weeks he was back to normal?

You really shouldn't be in the gym at all if you're still having symptoms. I'm not one to run to a doctor for every little issue, but this really is no joke. He was better in about a month but had activity restrictions for 6months. He sat out the entire season.

But see i wake up fine.. go through the day fine.. its only wen i go in to lift in about the first 10-20 mins that it kicks up.. so.etimes it goes away.. or like yesterday it sticks with me for the rest of the night.

if you are not using an AI consider it.
tren can be hell for many. i preff maste now, even primo if its good.

Imagine a garden hose with a pin-hole in it. Think about what happens when you increase the water pressure. Now think about having the hose patched but not letting the adhesive cure. At the most basic level, and without giving you a physics and physiology lecture, a vessel bleed isn't entirely different than that scenario. Hopefully this isn't what's going on, but the fact that you don't really know should be concerning enough to limit your activity for a bit.

Obviously what you do is your business, and you probably shouldn't be listening to some guy on the internet anyways. With that said, I'd personally be waiting for all symptoms to be completely gone for at least a week. I'd also be doing everything in my power to make sure I didn't do anything to spike my BP. I can tell you this, I sure as hell wouldn't be pushing through a workout with the type of head pain you're describing.

Thats my plan.. a week off and comw back starting out high reps low weight n play it off feeling. Have a doc appointment set for tomorrow... but ik hel jus set an appointment for a ct scan.. but naw man i appreciate the time u took out of ur day to lend some knowledge.. its much appreciated!
