I'm looking to create a bp lowering supp for myself. I created this over at Custom Capsule. Before ordering I was looking for any input on the numbers or to add/delete anything. All input is appreciated!

This looks pretty good. I take 1g of Hawthorne and 100mg of CoQ10 daily. My BP is still borderline high though.....
