Bowels movements when ON or OFF

I just completed my 4th cycle and noticed during my cycle my bowel movements sucked or I felt constipated. Just finished up about a week and a half ago and now I am going twice a day.

Do you guys think while I was ON my body produced less waste and utilized whatever thrown at for repair/recovery? or Do you think this is all in my head?

I know this sounds ridiculous but when you get 40 plus you pay attention to your internal movements. lol

Tbh being on or off doesn’t make a difference to me. Bulking or cutting does.....do you tend to focus on one or the other when on cycle?

I also find taurine can loosen things up and I guzzle that **** on cycle normally 🤣

My diet didn’t change between on and off but I was way more regular while on. I have IBS-D so that was a huge benefit of my cycle and wish I could have stayed on forever.

Not constipation but when i ran Tren i noticed I produced way less waste (sorry for being graphic hahahahahahah) than usual.

My diet stayed pretty much stayed the same throughout and wanted to see how the stuff would alter my physique.
I up my protein when I’m on so it always changes for me. But I do notice I do have smaller and less frequent bowel movements when on and have to up my fiber.

Be sure and take some Invalid Link Removed before bed. Magnesium is a potent muscle relaxer and will help you sleep, many athletes are deficient in it, and you'll have good poops the next day.

Look into taking oral BPC157, it may help you greatly, and long term or permanently.

Ive made a post or two on this topic over the years because i have a big issue with constipation when i go on cycle. I definitely think if your body starts holding a lot of water it can pull water away from the intestines possibly leading to constipation.
In reality there's probably a lot of factors. I never learned exactly why it happens because it really doesnt happen to that many people.

Deca seems to cause it for me, sometimes to the point that i wont even use it because i dont want to be backed up and bloated.

I started trestolone recently and i really thought i was going to have a huge issue with constipation but luckily it didn't effect me.

I also think the hormone flux can cause it. Hormone flux is responsible for more sides than many of us realize.

I would add extra fiber to your diet.

These supplements I have used daily for years!!

In addition to the magnesium, I use Invalid Link Removed. It's completely tasteless and blends into anything. It's wheat dextrin and works great. I mix a teaspoon in my coffee in the morning and it starts working almost instantly.

But magnesium works great. It's a natural laxative and can help you sleep. Invalid Link Removed is especially good for this. It has magnesium, which as I mentioned acts as a potent muscle relaxer, and it's combined with glycine which can help you sleep.

Both low and high protein intake conditions inhibit magnesium absorption, as does the amount of phosphate, phytate, and fat in the gut. Unabsorbed dietary magnesium is excreted in feces; absorbed magnesium is excreted in urine and sweat.
