Bowel Movements During PCT

Have you guys noticed that you use the bathroom a lot more during PCT than when you're on? I have. It seems like being on cycle helps regulate my bowel movements, and right after I come off, the frequency of which I use the bathroom increases drastically.

In other words, I find myself ****ting more during PCT. I know that ph/ds can interfere with your GI system, but is this normal? Can I combat it somehow?

Diet is same post cycle. Just came off of a SD to halo bridge.

Thanks in advance.

I know what you mean. Im guessing it has something to do with your body utilizing protein and nutrients much better on cycle, whereas once you go into pct you cant utilize them quite as well so you **** more. Its happened to me during pct for both of my cycles, although i noticed it more after my bulk cycle then my recomp cycle. It should subside within 2-3 weeks

Probably due to calcium retention. If it bothers you that much during pct throw in 500-1000mg calcium.

If your crapping a lot yes. Smooth muscles control peristalic wave contractions in the bowels(what makes us have to go to the bathroom), smooth muscle contraction (as with any muscle) is controlled by calcium influx. If the smooth muscles stay contracted (as opposed to relaxed, which is controlled by magnesium... think milk of magnesia) then you won't have to go as much.
