Bout time to Hulk out

So as the title implies this will be a pure mass cycle. My background for those who dont know. I have over 20years experience in AAS. Alot of my cycle history was based on performance. When I started going more for mass I thickened up quite well. Right now I'm 5ft 1in to 5ft 2in. And im weighing in at about 174lbs so im still pretty thick. But being under shelter at home for over 3 months took its toll. Anyway the look I'm trying to achieve is more the looks of a pro wrestler like the road warriors or a nikita koloff I guess modern day would be like a stone cold Austin or the Rock. Thick but not really ripped just more like damn that's a big motherfawker. This look for me tends to start one I pass 180lbs and goal this cycle is 10lbs or greater.


This is a 10 week cycle.

Dbol 25mg ed weeks 1-6
Anadrol 60 mg ed weeks 1-6
Sustanon 750mg ew weeks 1- 10
Deca 450mg ew weeks 2-10

I could push to 12 weeks if I wanted. All gear should be this week. I've been on trt so no pct.

wasn't much to look at but my favorite all time wrestler was a local guy 'dick the bruiser'...after he retited he started a strip club on pendleton pike in indy, i used to hang out there and got to be pals-great guy RIP

In! And like a broken record 😀, i definitely recommend adding in some kind of a secretagogue, i find the stuff (mk in my case) extremely beneficial.

Btw i admire you guys being able to hulk bulk during summer, and on tons of gear on top of that

I started a cycle but damn man i am barely alive due to a heat wave

Saving it up for winter hehe


Wait.. 5'2 and 174lbs...that is huge...i dont know if others caught this...but that is some serious bmi

I was telling that he is much bigger than Rey, he was miniature thick but no where near where you are at or trying to be.

30lbs of water in 10 days, fat face and crazy bloat coming.
Not necessarily. It all depends on the estrogen control and possibly amount of carbs.

However, being a bulking cycle, higher estro and water retention are not all that bad.

Hey I don't care what he or anybody looks like, just saying for most people anadrol, dbol, and sus is very wet.

Well I do agree it will be a "wet" cycle but I'm prepared for that and hope to minimize the wet effects

And while obviously it's true that it can happen, I've yet to try anything that made me noticeably bloated. I've got fat on cycle from eating 4000 calories a day of crap. But never really had and significant bloating

High Sodium makes me hold water but as long as I watch that and some tamoxifen I'm pretty good.

Oh also I've found that either a 4x6 or 5x5 rep sceme helps me bulk the best and let's me swing heavy weight

I just went back to a full body type workout 3x a week where each day has a little more emphasis on a muscle group but basically everything gets 3x6 other then squats. I always stay away from it on cycle but it always seems to make me grow the most.

Bench
Sldl
Squat
Chins
Standing shoulder press is the basic outline with minor tweaks and I will pick a arm exercise at the end or throw in a arm day Saturday. It let's you handle pretty heavy weights on a lot of big lifts without gassing out.

My most successful bulk ever was with this type training for a 20lb weight gain and prs all across the board. But for some reason on cycle I always go back to a bro split for lesser gains

Ok just injected 40mg of cyp and 50mg of prop. Gonna hit the gym first time in since feb. So gonna take it nice and easy this week.
First time I pinned delt myself in a while got the snap crackle pop and a nice stream of blood flowing down my arm. Lol

A week or so ago I pinned delts for the first time in months. Stayed sore for almost a week

So I made it to gym today. I did a quick workout no need to push anything 1st day back

5x5 flat dumbbell chest
5x5 incline hammer
5x5 tricep pushdown

Have to say felt good to be back in gym. I know I could of gone heavier and longer but playing it safe plenty of time to go heavier especially when my dbol and abombs get here.

On the gym scale i weighed out at 173lbs even weighed on empty stomach

Ok so got to hit the gym this morning and it was very nice. I hit a nice quick chest & tris. I know I could of gone longer and heavier but they'll be plenty of time for that when my dbol and abombs touch down that combo will make you feel like superman lol

I weighed in on an empty stomach at 173lbs even so now it looks like the goal for this cycle will be 12lbs while slowly slimming love handles and stomach I really want to hit 185lbs anything more is icing

How's the 5x5 on pushdowns feel. Never done those for less then 6-8, usually do higher reps on those, if the stack gets too heavy it almost feels like a abs exercise for me trying to stay straight while I press down if you know what I mean

I do know what you mean thr way I get away from that is to put one foot on front of the other I widen out my base which helps greatly

Think you went through some scar tissue or what? I’ve been pinning 2.4cc per delt and I’m tolera it fine, but it’s just a pain in the ass trying to stay steady while pinning that much lmao.

So guys it looks like a mistake on my package. But they are shipping usps priority and providing me with tracking numbers at no cost

So what I'm going do is inject some extra test prop to keep me in a mini cycle mode until the end of the week probably 100mg eod till mail comes.

Just gotta role with it but I think another week natty will be fine

So I got a nice shoulder workout in same reps 5x5
Did
Seated Machine I went at the last two heavier than planned but it felt good
Side laterals
Bent over rear laterals

Felt really good Maybe it was the extra test in me I shot 100mg of prop last night =)

And live you will my man I figured since I'm going on deca anyway I can use this vial I have with about 8cc of npp.left to kickstart along with the prop

I just ordered 20ml npp, can't use it till like November, no reason to buy it, but couldn't help myself

So I had to attend a viewing funeral the past two days so only exercise was some burpees and pushups. Gonna add in 50mg of npp today

I hate funerals, they give me horrible anxiety and I cry like a bitch. I've probably cried 4 times in my life, all at funerals
