Bought Epistane

I bought the *actual* Epistane this time (2 bottles worth), since the deal on it is insane...I was planning to run it with XMass in a few weeks, but I might not mess with Xmass and just pulse the Epistane so that I can avoid shutting down as badly as I did with Havoc.

Could I pulse right through both bottles?

3x a week for 8 weeks.

10, 20, 20, 20, 20, 30, 30, 30

I think pulsing would work by taking it on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for week 1. Then Monday, Thursday, Saturday and then go again with MWF etc, etc.

(I have Nolvadex on-hand, if needed)
 
I think you should just make it 20mg in the first week, unless you are doing this specifically so you run out at a specific time. 10mg won't do much although it may help before a workout. Keep us updated. That looks good, just be sure to watch for signs of shutdown. That 30mg at the end for 3 weeks might still give you some shutdown.

To prevent it, keep all doses before 5pm. Try to get most of it in the morning and no more than 10mg during afternoon (before 5pm).

Thanks for the reply. If I do get some shutdown, I'm not too worried since I know how to deal with it and what to expect. Also, my sex drive has returned after two full weeks of PCT, which is...good.

Shutdown is scary ****, and I'm sure something like Paravol or Cialis would make me feel better, but I'm only 22 and it seems like things are returning to normal right now anyway...:clap2:
 
I know this sounds outrageous, but what do you think of: Pulsing through one bottle of Epistane and then doing an every day dose of Epistane on the second bottle (knowing full-well that shutdown will occur) for 2 more weeks (6 weeks total - 4 weeks pulsed - 2 weeks dosed every day)?
 
Interested in this. Prolly goin with Epi as a 1st cycle. Pulse or no pulse? PCT ideas. Keep the info coming!

Well, I am definitely going to begin a pulse when I get to the time, but I do have some comments for you about PCT:

1) I personally don't think more than 40 mg of Nolvadex is worthwhile, based on the research that I've done. The only time 60 mg is acceptably dosed is when there are symptoms of or present gyno.

2) I've done 2 weeks at 40 mg, and tomorrow I begin my last 2 weeks at 20 mg.

3) My dosing is even a bit high, considering the research that i've read indicates that 20mg is fine and even 10 mg can be acceptable to bring about complete and quick recovery in PCT (and this was in reference to gonzo roid cycles, not Epistane).

Just some things to think about.
