There would be no need to do boron in a transdermal because it absorbs fine orally.
When you see things on a label like 10 mg. of Boron from 200 mg. of Boron Citrate, its doesn't mean that the absorption is so bad you're only absorbing 10 mg.; it means that it takes 200 mg. of Boron Citrate to supply 10 mg. of elemental boron.
