I am thinking of trying this. Does anyone know if there are potential dangers?

I feel like dying after heavy deadlifts, i feel sick and i feel sick for few hours after every hard gym session. I get bags under eyes and finger o2 meter shows a little lower o2 concentration.

Been sick with pneumonia about 6 weeks ago so idk it may be related.

So i have been thinking of getting a few breaths out of oxygen cylinder after a heavy set to catch my breath easier.

Did anyone try it?

Your under conditioned bro and u just had pneumonia. The fact that u had pneumonia demonstrates that your not making healthy choices. Get healthy. Leave the oxygen tank for the old folks homes.
