Any suggestions for good training books. I've read
Super training by mel sif
Practical programming for strength training by Mark rippitoe
Advances in functional training by Mark Boyle
And special strength training : a manual for coaches by Yuri

Starting strength is a great read. Its geared towards new lifters, but theres so much detail about form and such that it makes it worthwhile for even a veteran lifter.

What ones have you liked the best and what about them?

I like super training alot because it was extremely detailed. I do own Arnold's the new encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding IDK why I didn't mention it lol
