Day 26(6/27/08)
Workout 19
-Last workout on Zap
-Amazing leg day to finish everything up. Really crushed the Legpress and DB SLDL!
-Great strength increases over the last four weeks.
Effects
-I was sweating an insane amount...
-Leg pump was intense...my leg pumps these past couple weeks have been extremely intense.
-No noticeable energy surge
-I was dialed in for the last day and am sad to see this log end...
-Final review coming sometime next week. I will be cycling of stims for a couple months(i really need a break from em...) and therefore can't use Zap next month....it will be bought again sometime soon!

Sometimes pics speak more than words...i am really impressed with the size i put on in just 4 weeks. Lighting and tan give a slight better look to the new pic but i still see a good difference no doubt...what does everyone think??

I have extra laying in the bottle! I ended with 19 workouts because the last week i just did 4 instead of my normal 5 workouts. I completed 4 weeks but i am going to have to hide the bottle so i don't get tempted to use the last several servings during my off of stim months!
