Boldione sleep problems??

Hey all, i recently started a cycle of Boldione and been having the worst time sleeping due to some goofy mind racing...has anyone had this problem? Do you think ZMA would help and would it interfear with the 1,4andro?

I agree...melatonin at 2-3 mgs generally does the trick.
