boldione 3 * 200 mg vs 2 * 300 Mg ?

What is the better choise . Taking 3 time 200 mg of boldione or taking 2 time 300 mg . Im taking it with 1-t molecular 3 * 50 mg
and will be taking 3 * 50 mg 3-alfa?
I saw in the forum that it is different why you take boldione

take it 3x 200mg, keep blood levels as even and constant as possible, as recommended by Bill L himself.
