I was looking around online, and found some b12 injections. I tried looking online about b12 but nothing really came across as anything to do wtih body building. So I was wondering, what are some good benefits for a bodybuilder of b12 injections?
yeah, supports metabolism as well, and some talk of better protein synthesis. i just use the sublingual - it's good ****...unless you are cutting on a caloric deficit and you eat like a horse even off-cycle, in which case it makes dieting that much harder.
Is the sublingual something you take every day? Is the extra energy very noticable? I'm wondering if I should just use it preworkout (maybe w/ some GO and caffeine)?

or if you're cheap like me, vet grade: Invalid Link Removed
The agrilabs b12 plus is B complex. It's sterile, just like human grade. I've gone through about 50ml of the agrilabs.
It does seem to increase my appetite and energy, but don't expect miracles, it's just a more effective way of getting a vitamin. I also buy slin pins from calvetsupply. I inject subq while bulking, IM when I'm leaner. There is some discomfort from the BA, but it's not bad. Sometimes a little soreness IM. I usually do 1 ml 2x/week. 2ml at once seems to make me a little jittery.
i use the sub pre workout , and it works great, i can definatly notice a burst of energy... alot of times i take it before class and stuff it seems to make me or alert and attentive
Is there any other delivery method that is affective so I dont have to inject any more then I allready am.
