Hey guys i was wondering how these bodybuilders get these huge bulging abs while only usually working them out one day a week. I know its mostly steroids but there has to be another way to get them bulky and cut. If anyone has any information let me know please and thanks!
To add to that, you don't need excessive volume and frequency to develop your abs. Infact, over training the recuts abdominus will actually harm your weightlifting ability (Robinson, 2010 - Journal of Strength and Conditioning).
