I have been lifting for several years but never really solidified my diet. Im looking for both a bulk diet for a cycle soon and a normal diet till then and after. I want something that is lean and clean.
I don't know what you like to eat and I don't think anyone is gonna make up a diet for you. Go through the links and post something up and someone will critique.
