Body Recomp Cycle

Alright guys, need some help with this one. I am currently running a body recomposition cycle. I gained too much fat off my last cycle and ate like **** for a few months because I was moving. Anyhow, I cleaned up my diet a few months ago and started a body recomp cycle of Test, D-bol and Tren 3 weeks ago. Test is 300mg e3d, the Tren is 100mg eod and the D-bol is 25mg/day for the first 3 weeks only. I have also been running clen and T3 with this cycle for the first 3 weeks. Just started tapering down the doses of both so that I can stop them at the end of week 4.

Now here's my problem, I got up to my highest point with 100mcg of clen and 100mcg of T3 per day for about 5 days. I never got a an increase in sweats, no jitters, no nothing. Barely any stimulant effect at all. And I didn't notice a real accelerated fat loss either. A friend of mine says that my clen and T3 might be underdosed a fake. I got them from a "reliable" online research chemical supplier. I won't mention the name because I'm not sure that I'm allowed.

But anyhow, I'm going to get off of the clen/T3 at the end of week 4. I was thinking about taking 4 weeks off and then trying to run it again. But this time I will get my clen and T3 from another source, probably IBE as I've heard some good things.

So, what do you guys think? Is 4 weeks enough time off before I try to cycle them again for another 4 weeks? I haven't lost any muscle size or strength, actually been gaining (probably the test and d-bol kicking in). What are your opinions on my "fake/underdosed" stuff? How would you structure the next 4 week cycle? I may even take the next cycle for as long as 6 weeks if necessary?

Do you guys see a reason to taper up the doses of the T3 and then back down again? I have talked to others who say to start at 50mcg/d, taper up to 100-125mcg/d and then back down again. Help me out with structuring this cycle.

i don't know anything about T3 .. but clen needs to be run 2 on 2 off because after 2 weeks the receptors are downgraded and clen won't really do anything
 
Loki mentions a one week on/off period in the recent Mind and Muscle mag. So, 4 weeks is waaaaaaay too long.

I should probably add that I am also taking 1.5mg Ketotifen every night before bed. This is said to prevent the downgrade of clen receptors.
Forgot to mention that as it is important.
 
Some people need more clen than others. When I do clen, it's for about 10 days, and I start at 100mcg and get up as high as 175-200mcg---I'm much less sensitive to stimulants than most people. I hate taking ketotifen, it makes me feel like ****, so I keep my clen cycles short.

T3 shouldn't give you any stimulant effect at all. However, there is no downgrade, and your thyroid is dumb, so what you can do is keep running the T3 through week 8 or so, tapering at the end to help with thyroid recovery, and perhaps adding clen for two weeks afterwards to prevent weight gain while your thyroid is recovering (though admittedly clen will probably slow thyroid recovery somewhat). At 100mcg ED, your metabolism will definitely be running hot.

No need to taper t3. You are still completely shut down at 25mcg. The faster you are off, the faster you will recover. Tapering just delays recovery.
