Just wondering if you guys could give me an estimate on my current body fat percentage. I was on a cut and down to around 10% then got injured and ate a ton of calories for a little over two weeks and I'm back on it now, so I'd like to know about how much of a setback I gave myself. I'm 5'9-5'1% currently at 200lbs.
