I guess I have poor genetics. I don’t gain so much in the stomach, but the chest instead. I am determined to trim down and get rid of it. It runs in my family. I think I would prefer fat on my stomach, but that is probably more negative from a health perspective.
I would say 13-14% max your abs are showing and you are carrying great muscle mass in your upper body, you have visible abs so are half-way done which is awesome.
