Hi , it’s been a while since I’ve posted, but trying to come back.
Also because of moving out of state and switching jobs I didn’t work out for about a year.
But now I have my life dialed in so i can come back to work out.

I just wanted your opinion on bf% ,
I’m 30, work out on and off since 17.
5’9” 235lb

Thanks in advance.

Thanks , really appreciate the fast response.

Because I have busy days I’m thinking into going full body 3x week. You think that would be a good one for me?

Also maybe going keto.

3 x full body is probably the best programme for you, I tried keto and it didn't suit me, I would probably try carb cycling / carb backloading around training.

I don’t have access/or time to go to the gym, so all my work outs will be at home. I have one of those work out machines and some dumbbell/barbells .
That’s why I decided go full body.

Yeah 20-25% is a decent guess.

I’ve just started a 3 day a week full body program (madcow 5x5) - less volume than I’m used to but enjoying it.

Personally I’d do full body and then 10-20 mins of conditioning/HIIT stuff to really start ripping some fat off.....

I will look into the madcow program.

About the cardio i started running for about 20min 2x a week. I know is not much, but the time is the problem.

It’s better than nothing brother......you’ll not be burning a whole lot of fat (imo HIIT for 20 mins would be better) but the cardiovascular benefits are solid

So been tracking my calories with the help of an app and it’s been pretty easy to eat 500 calories below maintenance. I try to eat clean for the most part.

Question: should i try to go lower on calories or keep on what I’m doing?

Also I’m trying to incorporate some HIIT with burpees and mountain climbers , hopefully it will help more.

I would stick with 500 below maintenance until such time you hit a weight loss plateau, at that point you can either reduce calories or increase activity
