Body fat estimate please

What’s up guys first post even though I’ve been reading on here for years, can’t decide if I should start cutting now or bulk for another 3 months my wife is having our baby in 3 months so it’s a little difficult to cut when there’s always pizza at the house. I’m guessing I’m around 18 percent what do you guys think

I would have guessed a bit lower than 18%. 13-15% more likely imo but hard to be precise off a picture.

lean bulking is probably the way I’d go unless you had something specific to shred up for
 
Agree with the above, probably 14-16% would be been my guess, maybe more towards that lower end since you see visible abs and vascularity in your arms.

Congrats on the baby! I'd say either maintain or shred down more now, because once that baby comes you'll be doing nothing but surviving those first weeks and it may take time before you get back into the gym and can focus on diet. You'll probably naturally get puffier, so if you start leaner you'll have less to get rid of when the time for working out comes back around. That's my take at least.

yeah that’s a good point OP, I’d not taken account of the new baby (congrats) in 3 months. With two myself (older now) i know it is definitely harder to stay tight on diet at that time, so cutting now and buying some flexibility is a definitely a smart move in your situation.
 
I would bulk as the gravings the wife will have.. I would say 12-14%. Now at a very low end you could be about 10% but that seems not likely from what others are saying.
 
It looks like you are unflexed in that photo and relaxed and your abs are still showing. Looks like you have a little pouch hidden by the red, but not much. As above, legs could be more defined but you don't look to be flexed at all. I think 15% is about as good a guess as anyone could make with the idea that if you were to flex hard, you may get some of us to guess 11-12 and if you have fat we can't see in that photo you may have some of us coming in at 16-17%.
 
Before I even read the comments I was thinking 14%, seems like the majority agrees with the same number.
