Hello all,
I recently have tried two different hgw sups in the last 4 months and every time I started, I felt the effect quite much with two pills of 400-500mg at 40-50% icariin. My problem however is that it all goes away within 5 days. Even if I upped the dosage, I feel absolutely nothing, unless I don't take any for at least a week or more.
Is this normal per your experience or is my body that sensitive?
