Why not both? If your main goal is fat loss then I know evomuse has products specifically for fat loss that would probably help you more with your goals.

Haven’t run either of these lately but I remember getting a good recomp effect from BMP without really adjusting diet. Like others said though, evomuse has other products more directly intended for fat loss if that’s your goal.
