I see this supplement line advertised all the time on FB and Instagram. It's directly aimed towards men's hormonal health. Has anyone tried them or really dug deep into the ingredient profile?
 
These guys have been around for awhile now. They have quite a few solid products in their line up. I wouldn't say they are aimed towards hormonal health. I mean the have a few of those types of product but no more than the next guy.
 
I wouldn't waste your money. I bought some of their products and it was garbage. Seemed like it was just a placebo if anything
 
When priced well they have a great lineup.
 
I have used many of there products
There protein tastes amazing and always mixes flawlessly
I like there nootropic elevate a lot
There pre is very solid
 
Blue Star has a great lineup and is NOT directly aimed towards hormonal health. Some of my faves are PPK (preworkout), Iso smooth (protein powder), AminoFast (intraworkout) and Post Factor (postworkout)

agreed its a matter of personal choice. The select flavors were all too sweet for me and also gave me a lot of bloat. with iso smooth I can literally chug 30g of protein and go have a decent meal 10-15 mins later :)
