Blue Growth: State of California warning???

First off I want to say that I love Blue Growth. I recommend it to everybody. It's awesome.

But what the heck is with the warning on the label?

Warning: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, or birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Is it one of the ingredients? The packaging maybe? I know California is ridiculously strict about these warnings so I'm not too worried...just want to know why the warning is on there in the first place.

Its a California law called Prop 65. They have a list of close to a thousand things that may be known to cause cancer or birth defects. They just require a label stating that. Kind of like the "consult your physician" type blanket label. We put it on our labels just to comply for CA law. Some other supp companies have it as well I've seen. I wouldn't worry, man.

Ah, thanks for the info. I did some quick research and found out that L-dopa (levodopa) is on the prop 65 list. Supposedly it causes developmental issues. So don't give it to kids, which should be obvious. Luckily for me, I am aged like a fine wine.
