Blowing It UP with Msten, Epi and Tren

Wow! I'm falling behind on my posts. Work has been chaotic. Here's yesterday's workout: Seated Side Laterals 4x8 + NOS, 40 sec rest, 4010 tempo Bent Over Lateral Raise 4x8 + NOS, 40 sec rest, 4010 temp Cable Side Lateral 4x12, 30 sec rest, 4010 tempo Machine Shoulder Press 4x8 + NOS, 40 sec rest, 4010 tempo Triceps Cable Pushdown* 4x8 + NOS, 40 sec rest, 4010 tempo, *Note: Elbows behind you Lying Triceps Extension 4x8 + NOS, 40 sec rest, 4010 tempo Seated Machine Dip 4x15, 40 sec rest, 4010 tempo Two-Arm Cable Kickback 4x8 + NOS, 40 sec rest, 4010 tempo Pretty great workout. These workouts are definitely NOT 40 minutes. It's more like 1 hr 20 mins. And it gets to be a bit grueling near the end. Definitely feel it the next day though. If MI40 doesn't make you sore, you're not doing it right.

Good, I'm glad I'm not the only one. I just feel like I'm cheating the 2nd body part a little, cuz I'm already gassed before I get half way through it.

Great workout! Had a little back pumps during Stiff Legged DLs, so, I had to drop the weights a bit. Finished up strong on the rest of it though.

Back is already feeling shot and hams are feeling pretty weak. Keep the gainz coming!!
 
Ever since doing MI40, I'm a huge advocate of doing Hams twice a week. One during back day and the other during quads
 
Good work man! Your really hanging in there with MI40, good job. Because I workout at home I have to substitute some of the exercises on machines to free weights, but it's still awesome workouts!

Believe it or not, so do I. The gym I go to is pretty old and has a limited selection of equipment. So, I have to substitute exercises often,

Looking pretty good! Gaines 8 lbs and dropped ~2% BF since the start. So, that's about 12 lbs of muscle!!
 
Ever since doing MI40, I'm a huge advocate of doing Hams twice a week. One during back day and the other during quads

I like the results too! And, walking around at work looking like a duck is pretty humorous!

Yeah. I was hoping for 20lbs, which I know is probably unrealistic. But hey, I still have another week!!! Time to get REALLY serious!

Thanks! I am happy for the gainz! My goal when this cycle is over is to keep the weight and get down to 9-10%bf by spring! Then it's beach time!

Superset with Leg Extension 4x8, 40 sec rest, 4010 tempo <- I couldn't even feel my legs to do extensions. I did them all, but had to keep dropping weight!

Standing Calf Raise 4x8+NOS, 40 sec rest, 4010 tempo
45-Degree Leg Press Calf Raise 4x8+NOS, 40 sec rest, 4010 tempo
Seated Calf Raise 4x8+NOS, 40 sec rest, 4010 tempo

After this mess, I couldn't hardly walk to the locker room. So, I sat on a bench and drank my protein for about 10 minutes. Then tried to shower. My legs were shaking so bad in the shower I thought I was going to need a Life Alert! Help! I've fallen and I can't get up!

Anyway, it took about 4 hours for the shakes to go away. I'm still feeling the pain this morning, but good thing about PHs, the soreness isn't near as bad as it should be! Love the gainz!!
 
Sorry, guys! I haven't posted my workouts in a few days. I got a bad plumbing leak and it flooded most of one room in my house. I got the leak fixed and the insurance adjuster will be here tomorrow. Seems this leak has been happening for a while. I have some mold in the walls and all. What a mess! Needless to say, I've been pretty busy the last few days! For a quick recap, I did chest and bis Monday and shoulders today. I'm still on the MI40 workouts, so you should be familiar with them by now if you've been following.

I ran out of dermatren today, so my last few days it'll be all oral. I'll shoot some after pics as soon as I get a chance.

Life sure throws us lemons sometimes, but with His help I'll make it through this mess as well!

Nice! Looks very similar to one of my leg workouts. Hmmm, I wonder where I get my evil ideas from. LOL

Thanks! I know He will! Another brutal Quads/Calves workout today. It's the one in week 3 of MI40. Anyway, part of it is supersetting 20 leg extensions with walking lunges (15 ea side). That was a joke! Luckily my workout partner and I were the only ones in the gym this morning. We were laughing our butts off at each other trying to do lunges and falling around cuz we couldn't feel our legs! We got them done, but it definitely wasn't pretty!!

Unfortunately, I didn't. It's going to be a major repair. :1zhelp: The insurance adjuster was here today. I guess I'll hear back from him in a day or two. My friend is a contractor and he said we're probably looking at a pretty major job somewhere near $20G. Oh well, gotta look at the bright side! At least I have a house. And, it gives me a chance to remodel! Lol

I did that same workout tonight and my legs are still quivering! Yeah those lunges are awkward for me too!

Thanks, Bro! I think they will. The floor is ruined, so, mold or not, they'll be paying to replace everything. Cleaning up the mold isn't too bad anyway. Especially in AZ. It's too dry here for it to a whole lot.
 
That's terrible. Good thing you caught it before it set in tho! I worked for a water and fire restoration/demolition company before and let me tell you.. I'd rather work on a home that caught fire than a home that had mold set in! HATED working in a home where we had to remove remove mold and steam clean. Thank God I didn't stay there very long lol

Wow! That's crazy! They've got to replace pretty much everything that has mold on it, so I'm not too worried. I sealed up the room so nothing gets into the rest of the house. Fun! Fun!
 
Alright, so tomorrow morning is my last dose of PH's. I start PCT tomorrow night. Anyway, I was lucky enough to get chosen to try out IronChamps HPTA and Volume. So, I'm moving to a new log. I'll post a link in a few minutes. I haven't set it up yet! Lol
