bloody nose's on PH cycle

I have been getting alot of bloody noses while on cycle. I also am getting over a cold so im blowing my nose more often as well. But i have been getting more and more. On tail end of a SD/Phera bridge

get ur BP checked. could just be a coincidence with blowing ur nose/having a cold/using steroids

better get some dermacrine liquavade to boost your immune system. and get your bp checked out.

I had the same bloody nose prob with the harsher PH's (Phera, SD). I finally found out it was because they elevated my blood pressure enough to create the problem. It got so bad that even taking a hot shower would start the nose bleeding, forget about just blowing my nose. Since, at the time, I didn't know what was causing it, I wasn't checking my BP so I don't know my values during that time. Not sure if there are OTC supps out there to mitigate blood pressure that high but I've had less of an issue with it on less harsh PH's. Good luck to you man.

i use to get severe nose bleeds while on heavy doses of eq...some days it looked like OJ got me..i eventually lowered doses and nose bleeds went away

126/80 is borderline pre-hypertensive.....get some vitamin d and a good no stim arginine product for a quick reduction. Lay off the caffiene as much as possible as well.

more than likely.... what doses are you running them at? are you taking any support supps for BP?

yea 40mg phera atm. 1g hawthorn berry ed. should i up it?

any science b/w no2 supps while on cyle and bp support

126/80 is bordeline perfect, not boredeline pre hypertensive.

with that BP you have nothing to worry about in that department, id lower the dose of whatever your taking and youll be golden

if anyone was concerned i believe it was r +ala supp that i was taking for liver support. I discontinued it and the bleeds stopped.
