Went to the Dr on a referral from a friend, discussed fatigue and sex and all the other upfront questions and ran bloodwork for Thyroid and Test.
33, 212lb, 18%bf

How do these numbers look (admittedly most of them are a mystery to me)?
He suggested 6 weeks of 100g/day protein, 5G/day omega-3, and 4-6 hours per week resistance training.
I already do this and more so now what?

You need to get that thyroid going. I had the same problem. 400 test almost no thyroid function. I jumped right in to TRT. I wish now I would have waited and seen how my labs reacted to the thyroid meds.

Please post LH number and range.
Your TSH being so low, make me wonder where your TT4, FT4, TT3, FT3 is.
Need to know your, SHBG, E2, DHEAs.

There was a link on here before with the name of a mail order test that you can have done at a local lab. I can't find the link anymore.
