I need some help interpreting bloodwork I just had done.

If this isn't the correct forum, please move.

Male.
28 years old.
175 lbs.
~20% body fat.

I had a glass of milk prior to the test, but was otherwise fasted.

This isn't post cycle bloodwork (I've never cycled). I'm just looking for general insights. Thank you.

WOW..you are not making Testosterone and your LH says that your system is not trying, and it is not being suppressed by E2.

What is your diet like (soy?, Ginseng?), Pharmeuticals? opiates? Stress? Sleep?

I would like to see your Thyroid labs (TT4, FT4, TT3, FT3, TSH).
Then your other hormones (DHEAs, Prolactin, ....

Klinefelter's ? (just a thought)

My diet is mixed. I try to eat clean when I cook at home, but we do occasionally eat out.

No pharmaceuticals. No opiates. No drug use at all. I do drink about two cups of coffee a day. I average less than 1 can of Coke a day. I do consume one Five Hour Energy bottle a week on average, split between two "doses" over two days.

Stress is above normal. Raising an infant, running a business, marriage is strained.

I sleep soundly 6 to 7 hours a night.

Should I have additional blood work done on my own, see a specialist, or try to correct this with diet and exercise?

IMO it looks like the HP portion of your HPTA is not working.
So I will list possible causes.
AAS
OPIATES
Head Injury
Pituitary adenoma (blood test Prolactin)
hypothyroidism (blood test TT4, FT4, TT3, FT3, TSH)
phytoestrogens
excessive exercise
starvation
stress (high cortisol , 4 interval spit test for cortisol)
high alcohol intake

I would also check DHEAs and D3 levels.
My health insurance would cover the blood tests.
If you have a good Dr. I'd bounce those lab tests off of him.

Your adrenals are shot to hell
Suspected hypothyroidism from calcium
low in cellular mitochondrion b-12
Suggest something going on in your immune system as your response is very week.
Possible infections is highly probable
Poor sleeping - Yes I know you may sleep for 6-8 hours, but with majority of cases they will always wake up not feeling refreshed despite sleeping 6-8 hours

Why HPTA is STRESS
Your answer is right in front of you -- Emotional impact from marriage is probably one of the biggest ones - It would be suggested to seek marriage counseling or individual to help you get through this time. Its not a sign of weakness, but character and strength

How about providing a detailed history as lab interpretation are worthless unless you can compare them to symptoms. They are just a diagnostic tool ,but its the history, symptoms and skill of the practitioner that will provide the proper evaluation.
