Bloodwork for these Supps?

I was hoping someone could post bloodwork (before/after) for the following if anyone has actually done so.

M-Test
AnabolicXT
PrimeXT
EpiAndro
SustainAlpha

Anabolic XT:
I've seen a lot of bloodwork on Anabolic XT, but I never post any that someone hasn't posted on their own. All of that I've seen has been positive not just in terms hormonal changes you'd want to see for bodybuilding and fitness, but also some common improvements in some general health things as well.

There's a lot more to Anabolic XT and the way that it works than just basic hormone levels.

You could check the Anabolic XT thread for feedback and to see if there's any in there. I honestly don't remember.

M-Test:
There's been a lot of bloodwork posted over the years on M-Test.

The most recent I remember seeing was on M-Test and Recomp20 together:

One Day Before Recomp20
Total Testosterone = 16.00nmol

Four Weeks Into Recomp20
Total Testosterone = 19.80nmol

Twelve weeks into Recomp20 With Eight weeks of M-Test
Total Testosterone = 22.02nmol

Some people reading may not realize just how significant that is. For perspective, that is:
A 3.8 point increase is approximately a 25% increase in testosterone levels in 4 weeks on Recomp20.
A 6.02 point increase is approximately a 40% increase in testosterone levels at the twelve week mark with 12 weeks on Recomp20 and 8 weeks on M-Test.

Prime XT:
Prime XT has only been out a couple of months, so I doubt there's been much if any posted. It's the same ingredient as the original USP Labs Prime so the same would apply. But Prime XT works through some very unique pathways so not sure what you would be looking to see in bloodwork on it anyway.

You can find plenty of feedback in these 2 threads:

Epiandro:
For epiandro, you may need to be more specific because the dosages used are all over the place. Some products have too low to even be useful amounts and then some people use very high dosages with other things. For capsule products, the dosage range should be between 600 mg. to 900 mg. per day. There are people that go over 900 mg. per day but that's also the people that are more likely to experience sides from it too.

Stano-Plex 300 and Epiandro300 both have 300 mg. per capsule. Both are discontinued, so its kind of a get them while supplies last type of situation.

Optimize-T:
You didn't ask for this one, but I decided to throw it in because someone just posted bloodwork on Optimize-T last month.

Copy and paste:
January 2024
Total Testosterone - 379 ng/dl
Free Testosterone - 61.4 pg/nl
Estrogen (E2) - 27 pg/ml
PSA - 0.64 ng/ml

April 2024
Total Testosterone - 538 ng/dl
Free Testosterone - 81.8 ng/dl
Estrogen (E2) - 16 pg/ml
PSA - 0.56 ng/ml

~42% increase in total testosterone.
~33% increase in free testosterone
~41% decrease in E2

This was all very helpful. Is there a ceiling to what natural test boosters can for test levels if you're stacking multiple different compounds that work via different pathways?

I think that there is a ceiling, but I think that ceiling is much higher than some people think it is, if the proper things are stacked and they are addressed from different pathways.

I like how you mentioned different pathways and that's something that when we released M-Test that we emphasized - it was one of the first natural testosterone boosters to target increasing natural test levels strategically through different pathways.

There are a variety of things that people can stack to increase natural testosterone levels, but if that's someone's goal and they're trying to keep it simple, the stack of M-Test and Optimize-T is excellent and that's one that I've seen a lot of bloodwork on and I use myself and I have an endocrinology condition so I have to get bloodwork done myself far more than I'd ever want to haha.

Thank you for all your help and time, Steve. It's very much appreciated. Truly.

No problem at all. I'm glad to help. I enjoy discussing supplements.

I know I said before I was waiting to do bloodwork. However Sept 1st I will get my baseline bloodwork done, then run cycle for 4 weeks then another bloodwork. I will be running
Mtest
Optimize t
Anabolic xt
Phosphatidic acid xt
Bulbine
Pct assist (just because I had it laying around)

Seems like overkill but I'm curious. I will run for 4 weeks, then bloodwork, then continue on with the Anabolic xt and Phosphatidic acid for another 8 weeks. Considering adding prime or xgels. I have another company's test booster I got on clearance sale and will run that for my test booster.

OK might not be related but when i look at bloodwork, prices and stuff for some of these supplemetns am i am wrong to thnk
shooot some test" now i am on TRT so nothing illegal and i get there is a legal issue

TRT is an individual decision, but its one that shouldn't be taken lightly as there is some good that some experience from it, but also there are possible side effects that can come along with it. Not everyone wants to make a lifelong commitment to TRT, and yes, you can come off of TRT but your body's natural levels may never go back up to where they were before.

It's personal choice and an individual decision, but there are a lot of people that do look to supplements to be able to increase their natural testosterone levels rather than to TRT which would shutdown their body's natural production.

So, there's definitely a health aspect to it in addition to a financial aspect.

But from a financial aspect, let's take the 2 that were just being discussed:
  • Optimize-T is around 39.99 (full retail, no discounts it's 49.99)
  • M-Test is around 29.99 (full retail, no discounts its 39.99)
  • That makes Optimize-T be around 1.33 per day.
  • That makes M-Test be around 1.00 per day.
  • The price to stack both would be around 2.33 per day.
^^^ That's less money than the average person spends on a coffee or energy drink or snack.

There are a lot of people that are more than happy to spend 1.00 to 2.33 per day to increase their libido, improve energy levels, be in a better mood, sleep better, and just overall feel better.

Why are the Epiandro products being discontinued if they work so well and are relatively side effect free?

This has to do with regulation, not effectiveness

There are people that would spend way more than this for those benefits. 2.33 per day is a steal!

Is it going to be banned soon or something? There are more questionable compounds out there that are still being sold...

The government has the ability to consider numerous things misbranded drugs and therefore illegal without having to specifically ban them.

Just because something is being sold doesn't make it legal.

You can find various ph's and sarm's at a lot of places, but they are all illegal.

Some people mistakenly think that sarm's and research chemicals aren't illegal bc of how common they are and bc some of the sites that sell them try to make you believe that they aren't, but there are currently criminal cases in 43 states that were ongoing, the last time I saw a statistic on it.

I know of a retail store owner that was arrested within the last month for selling things like that behind the counter.

For supplement companies that are compliant and follow the guidelines, they can't worry about what other people are doing or selling, they have to worry about the legal ruleset. It's not a legal defense to say - but such and such was doing it.
