Bloodwork for a 20 y/o

Hey guys, I was thinking about it the other day and considered doing some bloodwork since alot of people do it, for alot of benifits. Like cortisol, T3, T4, IGF-1, testosterone, liver values, blood sugars, blod fats etc. Is this a thing you guys think I should do? What things should be in the tests? (More, more expensive...)

I was thinking one of the following (pictures) OR a custom made (might be cheaper). Thoughts?
