Bloodwork Done. Not Feeling Quite Right

Hey, it’s been some time since I’ve been around here but recent issues sparked my interest and concern. So I got some blood work done. I haven’t been feeling quite right (pre-existing gyno aggravated, feeling tired, libido down). Looking at this bloodwork, everything SEEMS ok to me but is there something slightly off that I may be missing here?-
